Blockchain technology is the future of everything.
Ripple is today what google was 20 years ago.
Ethereum is the Microsoft of this new technology age.
However, getting started can be quite the hassle.
Here is a newbie guide to getting started and other information:
You can buy Bitcoin straight from your bank account at a number of different sites. My most trusted go to is Gemini.com. They are a real registered business and are pretty trustworthy. The sign up is pretty intuitive, they request SSN and ID to verify yourself. This is the most trusted bank-crypto bridge. You can buy BTC right away after they verify your account. An ACH transfer will take 4 days to clear and a wire transfer takes no more than 2 days.
Another good way to get your first Bitcoin is at Coinbase.com. They will allow you to purchase Bitcoin right away with credit, or use debit to get it at the current market price. Debit purchases at market price can take up to 8 days to clear. This means your BTC will be on hold in your account for that long. The obnoxious waiting time for funds to clear will be fixed in the next five years with blockchain (Ripple) technology. Coinbase also charges a higher transfer fee than Gemini does.
Next, you will want to get started with an exchange. My current go to is Poloniex.com . However, the new influx of investors is filling their servers and many fear that Poloniex will rob them. Because they are a centralized exchange, there's nothing stopping them from doing so. This is the biggest cryptocurrency exchange.
Another one I am currently using is Bittrex. It isn't as simple or as clean, but it is more reliable as of now. Here's the link .. Bittrex.com
NXT coin is trying to bridge the gap between centralization and the need for a decentralized exchange. (not saying they're a good investment)
Additionally, you may want a safer wallet to keep your coin.
I currently am using Gatehub.net, because they are pretty legitimate.
Ripple has endorsed them, and when you open an account you get 20 free XRP.
There you have it, this is all the info you need to begin to invest in Blockchain technology.
Use google to research things and protect yourself. Keep up to date on all things Crypto and you will be fine.

Best of luck!
P.S.
If you are looking for the "best way to make the most money ASAP"...
buy BTC with credit at Coinbase.com, transfer that BTC to Bittrex.com.. and BUY XRP
